Character Bio:
Evaluation officer with the Las Vegas Quarantine Center, Burt Cummings is abusive and bullies the people trapped in the McCarran refugee camp, including volunteers like Kate Ward.
He is recruited by Lily the Coyote to join the incursion into the walled city.
Costume
Shirt: Medium blue uniform shirt with scalloped pocket flaps. This could be a Flying Cross shirt in French blue. Blue nametape sewn onto right chest that reads “Cummings” in white letters. The sleeves of the shirt may have been hemmed a bit shorter for a better appearance. Las Vegas Quarantine Center patches on both sleeves. White crew-neck t-shirt underneath.
Pants: Jean-style black (or dark navy?) pants. A credential badge is clipped to his left coin pocket.
Chest Rig: Detech chest rig with chest strap & backpack. A sub-abdominal kit bag appears to be added below. The side pouches are equipped with ASP tri-fold restraints in yellow, and a pair of medical utility shears. A patch that reads “L.V. Infection Evaluation Officer,” with a badge that reads, “Las Vegas Quarantine Center; Evaluation Officer.”
